Bethel Outdoor Adventure Waiver & Terms

By participating in activities operated by Bethel River Trips LLC DBA Bethel Outdoor Adventure (“Bethel Outdoor Adventure”), including river trips, equipment rentals, shuttle rides, campground activities, and gem/mineral sluice activities, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk & Release

I understand that outdoor and river activities are inherently dangerous and may involve risks including injury, death, property damage, changing weather, water conditions, wildlife, falling trees/limbs, and other natural hazards.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release, waive, and hold harmless Bethel Outdoor Adventure, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, injuries, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from participation in these activities or use of the property and facilities.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bethel Outdoor Adventure from any claims or expenses, including attorney fees, resulting from my actions or the actions of anyone in my party.

Payments & Reservations

I understand I remain responsible for the full balance of my reservation and authorize Bethel Outdoor Adventure to charge any balance, damages, or fees owed to the payment method on file. Past due balances may be subject to the maximum late fees allowed by law.

Property Rules

This property is privately owned. Bethel Outdoor Adventure reserves the right to refuse service or require any guest to leave for violations of rules, unsafe behavior, harassment, intoxication, illegal activity, or behavior disturbing other guests. No refunds will be issued for violations resulting in removal.

I am responsible for the conduct of all members of my party and guests.

Equipment Responsibility

I agree to inspect all rental equipment before use and accept responsibility for any lost or damaged equipment.

• Kayak: $650
• Canoe Paddle: $30
• Kayak Paddle: $30
• PFD: $50
• Standard Tube: $40
• Premium Tube: $50
• Cooler Tube: $40

Media Release

I grant Bethel Outdoor Adventure permission to use photographs or videos of me or members of my party for promotional purposes.

Pet Policy

Pets must remain leashed and under control at all times. Guests must clean up pet waste immediately and carry waste bags while walking pets.

Bethel Outdoor Adventure reserves the right to deny or revoke pet privileges for aggressive, disruptive, sick, or uncontrolled animals. Guests asked to remove a pet must comply immediately or may be removed from the property without refund.

Pet owners accept full responsibility for any injury, damage, or disturbance caused by their pets and release Bethel River Trips LLC from liability relating to pets on the property.

Pets are NOT allowed on rental tubes.

Additional Rules

• Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• Children under 5 may not participate in river activities.
• Pregnant individuals may not participate in river activities.
• No glass is allowed on the river.
• No open containers are allowed in vehicles.
• Shoes must be worn at all times.
• River recoveries performed by staff are subject to a $200 per person fee.
• In case of emergency, call 911.
