Looking for more than a weekend getaway? Our seasonal and monthly campsites are built for guests who want to slow down and settle in along the Androscoggin River. Spend your days on the water, your evenings around the fire, and everything in between made easy — on-site laundry, groceries and fresh farm produce just minutes away, and downtown Bethel close enough for a night out whenever you want one. This is what a full season in the Maine mountains feels like.
Monthly rates
Deluxe 20/30 Amp $960 + tax
Deluxe 50 Amp $1060 + tax
Premium 20/30 Amp $1100 + tax
Premium 50 Amp $1200 + tax
Seasonal sites
Premium Sites 50 Amp
$5100 + Tax
50% Deposit due on January 31st
$1000 due in February 28th
Balance due May 1st
*Monthly and seasonal renters must carry current RV insurance (we’re located on a flood plain — full details in the monthly/seasonal agreements )
*As of now, electricity is included in monthly & seasonal pricing. We will monitor electric usage, if electricity is overused outside of a normal allotment we will charge for that usage.
